What is the AI Trail?
The AI Trail is an AI training experience that builds practical skills through daily, hands-on use cases. It's a low-lift and engaging six-week AI learning program for organizations and teams of all sizes.
How long is the AI Trail training?
This AI learning experience runs for six weeks, or 30 business days.
How does the AI Trail experience work?
Participants receive a short, daily email nudge with a practical AI use case to try during their workday. Each day includes up to 3 prompts, best practices or tips designed to encourage experimentation with AI and sharing.
What will users learn during the AI Trail?
Participants will learn how to use AI to summarize information, prepare for meetings, build AI-ready templates, manage their email inbox, analyze data, improve their prompts, create workflows with AI, develop a prompt library and more.
How can I enroll my team or organization?
There are three ways to enroll your team in the AI Trail. 1) For the managed experience, you'll simply provide the email alias for your distribution list (ensure it can receive emails from external senders), select your desired start date (must be a Monday), and you're all set. The first announcement and welcome email will go out the Thursday prior to your start date. Don't worry, we'll double check with you to make sure your email alias is good to go before launch. 2) If you choose the customized experience, we will schedule a discovery call to help you with your rollout strategy, identify which use cases and prompts you would like to edit or replace, and how to best measure success. Then we'll make the updates, send them for your review, and once approved, we'll schedule your launch like the managed experience above. 3) If you prefer to add your own branding, make major customizations, or execute the learning experience internally, the enterprise adoption partnership is for you. Can the AI Trail be customized?
Yes, we offer several options for customization. If you choose the customized experience, we will work with you to identify the days you want to edit or replace. This includes custom use cases and prompts. The customized experience includes up to 3 custom days. Additional days are available for purchase. trnsfrmAItn will make the adjustments, send them for your review and then schedule the experience. How is the AI Trail different from other AI trainings or learning experiences?
trnsfrmAItn understands that reimagining work with AI doesn't happen overnight. So instead of providing a single training session to teach users how to use AI, the AI Trail uses consistent daily practice and a progressive journey to give participants hands-on opportunities to apply AI to their real work and develop new habits over time. This means participants do not need to block time on their calendar and can learn and practice whenever it best fits their daily schedule. At the end of the learning experience, participants will also have a collection of 30 emails with all prompts, use cases, best practices and tips for their future reference.
Which AI tools does the AI Trail cover?
The AI Trail training is currently available for Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed users and for Gemini through Google Workspaces. Additional generative AI tools will be available soon.
